Workout Goals 2012

Summer 2012

Develop the Heart of a Champion.


1.    Complete a Basketball workout – working out at least 30 minutes a day – 5 days a week.
2.   Make at least 300 game shots per week.  
3.   Make an additional 100 Freethrows per week.


 
This will improve your speed, your balance, your strength, and your confidence on the floor.  We challenge each of you to make at least 300 game shots each week plus 100 FT per week.  The more you shoot, the more confidence you will have, and the more consistent your shot will get.  Make sure you are shooting game shots at game speed, with proper shooting form. Push yourself to get better…
